By accessing Lara Source's services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Lara Source provides factory sourcing, quality assurance, and logistics coordination. We act as an intermediary and are not liable for manufacturer defects beyond our inspection scope.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed per engagement. Service fees are non-refundable once sourcing work has commenced unless otherwise specified.
Limitation of Liability
Lara Source's total liability is limited to fees paid in the relevant service period.
