When fees can be refunded, how we handle quality issues, and what's covered when shipping goes sideways.
Service Fees
Sourcing consultation fees are non-refundable once the research phase has begun.
Quality Disputes
If products fail our published inspection criteria, we will re-inspect or source an alternative supplier at no additional cost.
Logistics
Freight fees are non-refundable once goods have shipped. Customs duties are the client's responsibility.
